Lomba Kreasi Kue Tar yang di adakan salah satu Instansi pemerintah bekerja sama dengan "Taman Hiburan Remaja Surabaya" berlangsung sangat meriah. Saya dengan keluarga wakil dari TK An Nisa. Berpartisipasi sebagai peserta.
Lomba Kreasi Kue Tar berbahan dari Roti Sisir, selai,roti kering,keju serta Astor. Bahan tersebut dipadukan sesuai dengan kreativitas masing dengan tema ucapan Hari IBU.Hadiahnya sangat menarik. Antara lain ticket bermain,bingkisan dari panitia,serta piagam dari instansi pemerintah.
